For many years, StePacPPC maintained the British Retail Consortium Global Standard (BRCGS) Class AA and HACCP certifications.
We are pleased to inform you that as of 7 th May, 2026, StePacPPC has transitioned to FSSC 22000 Version 6, a globally recognized food safety certification system, which is more suited for our needs. FSSC 22000 is fully benchmarked by the Global
Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and combines ISO-based management systems with advanced food safety requirements, providing a more integrated and risk-based approach across our operations and supply chain.
This transition offers several advantages:
- Stronger integration of food safety and quality management processes
- Enhanced risk assessment and continuous improvement methodology
- Better alignment with international ISO standards and customer requirements
- Increased focus on food fraud prevention, and food defense
- Greater operational transparency and long-term sustainability approach
